Please complete the form below to register as a solo participant in the Canadian International Music Festival. We look forward to hosting you!​​​

Important Notices

Eligibility & Forms:

  • This registration form is exclusively for solo entries. Participants performing in ensembles (including concertos, duets, or trios) must use the Ensemble Registration form.

  • If the participant is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete this form on their behalf.

Submission Details:

  • You may submit either one or two musical pieces per registration.

  • Registration is limited to one musical instrument per form. To enroll multiple instruments, please submit a separate registration form for each additional instrument.

Fees & Deadlines:

  • A $10 late fee will apply to all registrations submitted after December 31st, 2025.

Performance Day Requirements:

  • Each participant is required to bring one original copy and three additional copies of their sheet music on the day of the performance.
